Full Journal pdf2016-04-16 House Journal Page 2435 HJR 14 A message dated April 16, 2016, was read stating the Senate passed CSHJR 14 (STA) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for consideration: 2016-04-16 House Journal Page 2436 SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14(STA) Making application to the United States Congress to call a convention of the states to propose a countermand amendment to the Constitution of the United States as provided under art. V, Constitution of the United States; and urging the legislatures of the other 49 states to make the same application. HJR 14 Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Millett moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 14(STA), thus adopting SCS CSHJR 14(STA), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHJR 14(STA)?" SCS CSHJR 14(STA) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
